Philip Martin Lettings Limited is owned and run by five dedicated partners within Philip Martin. With a range of properties to rent in Truro and mid-Cornwall, we offer a wide variety of services from setting up tenancies to full management, to suit your individual needs. We currently look after an impressive 640 residential properties for landlords ranging from single investors to portfolio holders both within the UK and overseas.

As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, we are bound by strict codes of practice that ultimately mean our lettings are handled with trust and professionalism. This includes holding high levels of indemnity insurance as well as the requirement to ring-fence clients’ finance and tenancy deposits. In addition to this, we submit an annual return each year and undergo regular audits by the RICS. Our tenancy deposits are registered with the Dispute Service Limited and the additional security we offer is seen as invaluable by many of our clients. These benefits are unique offerings that guarantee the professional handling of your letting but are so often missed in other letting companies that aren’t members of RICS.
