Philip Martin is your trusted estate agents, an independent firm composed of Estate Agents, Chartered Surveyors, Valuers and Auctioneers. Established in 1986, our firm has years of experience that we are always on hand to share with our clients. With this experience come our five partners, headed up by Senior Partner Philip Martin, together with Steven Jenkin, James Harvey, Sean Johnston and Aaron Davey. It’s a team that works hard to provide the best service possible across the board.

Both Philip Martin and Steven Jenkin are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S), a globally recognised professional body designed to effect positive change in the built and natural environments that surround us. This is especially true here in Cornwall thanks to the wild and rural landscape that surrounds several of our properties. As your go-to estate agents, we do our utmost to respect this, and extend that courtesy in all aspects of our work.
