We are able to provide a wide range of formal professional or informal valuations for many purposes to suit clients needs. These may be for accounting and taxation purposes, probate, divorce, insurance or transfer of ownership. In other circumstances clients may simply be assessing their current asset value to help with future decisions.

Auctioneers

In many instances auction is the preferred method of selling a property to ensure speed and demonstration of best price. We hold individual property auctions tailored for specific properties and have never yet failed to sell any property on the day of the auction. We work closely with our clients and their solicitors to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible and auctions are held in a range of venues, usually in the locality of the property for sale.
